Important topics of the UGC NET 2021 exam: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the new exam dates for the UGC NET combined exam for June 2021 and December 2020. The NTA will be hosting the UGC NET 2021 exam on 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26 , November 29, 30 and December 1, 3, 4 and 5, 2021 for 81 subjects in different examination centers spread across the country for the position of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) or Assistant Professor only. The 2021 NTA UGC NET exam will consist of two tests. The two communications will take place over a single period of three hours. In Paper-I, the questions will be generic in nature, aimed at assessing the candidate’s teaching / research aptitude. It will be primarily designed to test the candidate’s reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness. Test II will be based on the subject chosen by the candidate. Both documents will only include objective type questions (MCQ) and all questions are required. There will be no negative marking.
